Henry Smith The Brisbane Lions’ VFL team has announced several significant changes as they prepare for their final home-and-away game of the season against Collingwood, set to take place at the AIA Centre on Saturday afternoon.

In a noteworthy development, Henry Smith is making his return to the VFL after spending the past four weeks competing at the AFL level. His return comes as Harry Sharp has been promoted to the AFL side, reflecting his strong performances and consistent form in the VFL throughout the season.

Additionally, Levi Ashcroft will be heading back to the Sandringham Dragons this week. Ashcroft made a notable impression during his debut match against the GWS GIANTS last weekend, showcasing his potential and making a significant impact.

Jaxon Prior is also making a comeback to the VFL squad this week. Prior was a late addition to the team for the game against the GIANTS after serving as the AFL substitute. His inclusion in the VFL lineup this week is expected to bolster the team’s performance.

Bailey Reeves will rejoin the VFL team for the first time since Round 8, when he last played against Casey. His return is a welcome addition as the team looks to finish the season strong. Alongside Reeves, Lions Academy product Brad McDonald will take to the field, with Wyatt Greenaway making way for McDonald’s inclusion.

Fans of the Brisbane Lions are encouraged to watch the game live. The match will be streamed on the AFL’s official website at https://www.afl.com.au/ and on the AFL Live Official App. The first bounce is scheduled for 12:05 p.m. at the AIA Centre, providing fans an opportunity to catch all the action as the Lions conclude their home-and-away campaign.
